Unworn kits can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Worn earrings

For hygiene reasons, worn earrings can't be returned.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email a photo within 30 days and we'll replace it free.

How to start a return

Email hello@lotandlobe.com with your order number and what happened. A photo helps if something arrived damaged. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
